7. March 2020

Deník Sport and web portal iSport.cz are going to launch the biggest Czech-Slovakia league so far, Sazka Eleague. Its main goal is to raise the standard of local esport competitions and to provide the best possible support for the teams. The matches will be in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Dota 2. And our team received a direct invitation to CS:GO tournament.

Teams in main tournament will receive financial aid for a total of 1.2 million CZK and will fight for a prize pool worth 1.3 million CZK. The season will have spring and autumn split.

The open qualifications for spring split in CS:GO will start on March 14th. Four best teams will enter the main tournament with four invited teams. They will fight for the first place and 150,000 CZK prize during the weekend finale on June 6th and 7th. The grand finale of the autumn split will take place from October 15th to 18th during FOR GAMES expo and will offer 500,000 CZK for the first place.

Among Sampi, teams Brute, Sinners, and eSube were invited. “Besides the high prize pool, we are looking forward to competing with the very best in our country. Especially the new line-up of Sinners is currently showing great results. And right now, we need matches like that,” said Jaroslav Chlumský, team coach.

“I can’t forget the long-time star eSuba, or the new Brute line-up. I think the viewers will enjoy it,” continues Chlumský. Sampi will meet with those three teams in the Tipsport COOL League and will clash with Brute on March 16th during the one-day Esport RDY cup.
